To find your Customer Analytics, navigate to the Propane Chat Dashboard and find the 'Analytics' tab.
In the Warning section, you can see customer conversations that have been flagged and may contain questions that Propane Chat couldn't answer. When you click on a chat summary you'll be able to review the customer conversation and click on the 'Fix It' button to add a Chat Correction and fill in Propane Chat's knowledge gap.
In the Summary section, you can see which topics customers are asking about most often as well as the percentage of interactions in which customers showed frustration.
By providing flagged conversations for review, streamlining further chatbot training, and discovering the most common chat topics, Propane Chat Analytics will help you better understand your customer's needs, avoid blindspots in your chatbot's knowledge, and create a better experience for your customers.
