Yes, you can use our Chat Corrections feature to train the chatbot even without any website content or training documents.
Can I see chat histories?

Yes, you can see all chat histories and AI dialogue in the dashboard.
Can I correct Propane Chat?

Yes, there are many ways that you can correct Propane Chat including through Chat Corrections, Training Documents, and Response Tuning.
Can I pause / stop Propane Chat from responding?

Yes! There is a pause button the Propane Chat dashboard that will stop your chatbot from responding until it is unpaused.
Can I have Propane Chat auto re-train whenever I make changed to my website?

Sort of. In the 'Scraping Settings' tab of the dashboard you can change the re-scraping frequency from monthly to weekly to daily so that your AI engine is always up-to-date with your most recent changes.
How long does initial training take?

It depends on how many pages are on your website. Normally it takes under 10 minutes. You will receive an email informing you that your scraping / training has been completed when it is finished.
Which AI engine does Propane Chat use?

Propane Chat uses the GPT-3.5 and GPT-4o models depending on which plan you have. For more information about which plans use which models visit our pricing page.
